Firstly, we will discuss your required timeframe, this may be Christmas, a birthday or another occasion. I will confirm at this stage whether I have availability.

If you are not working to a deadline, I will provide an estimated lead time.

After you have confirmed that you are happy with the lead time given, I will then ask to see photos of the pet you would like me to draw. These photos should ideally be high quality 'passport' style photos, taken in good lighting. Here you can also select the pose you would like the portrait to be based on.

Next, we will discuss the most suitable size for your portrait, taking into consideration how many pets will be in the portrait, the pose of the pet and your budget.

If you would like to go ahead with the booking, a £50.00 deposit is required to secure your space in my diary. The balance will be due prior to shipping.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

I will then complete the portrait. This process can take between 2 days to 2 weeks. If you would like to see regular updates throughout, let me know and I will send these across.

Finally, once the portrait is complete I will send you a clear photo for you to confirm you are 100% happy with it. After receiving the final payment, I will safely package and ship the portrait to you using tracked delivery.
